      <title>Getting error with new Arlo app "We are sorry. The system is experiencing an unexpected issue."</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Per the request of Arlo, I installed the new app on Saturday.&amp;nbsp; Since then, I cannot log on to the system to check my cameras from the app on my phone nor can I access it from the My Arlo on the website.&amp;nbsp; I continue to get the same token message "We are sorry. The system is experiencing an unexpected issue."&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have been sitting online waiting to "chat" with Arlo for over an hour with the message "Please hold while we connect you to an agent". I cannot call Arlo as I do not have an active subscription.&amp;nbsp; This is bullsh*t.&amp;nbsp; How the hell are we supposed to monitor our cameras?&amp;nbsp; Support is a joke.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
