    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok folks, I'm back online, so I can now go to sleep.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is very worrying however. These cameras are not a toy, they are a security device and I need to be able to rely on them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please, no more "database service is currently down" messages.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As you have structured the product as an online service, your reputation depends on your ability to maintain a reliable service.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The app says “database service is currently down” and could not connect to my cameras.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is both on the PC and the android, so I have been locked our from *any* access to my security cameras, and given my situation (not wanting to detail here, but my security is under direct threat), I need the cameras in order to sleep at night.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am currently awake and up all night waiting for them to start. Please help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
