Arlo iPad app version 2.7.14 (104) Cannot download videos - cocoa error -1

I recently updated iPad app to version 2.7.14 (104) and now I cannot download videos. I get the error “the operation couldn’t be completed cocoa error -1”. And yes, I’ve already allowed Arlo access to Photos on my iPad. The only thing that has changed is that I updated Arlo app.

Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app and rebooting your iPad device to see if that helped?

JessicaP, thanks for the tip. I’ll try that next time. Yesterday, it was back to working. I didn’t change or do anything, but at least I can download videos again 🙂
