Welcome to the community! When you connect the Arlo base station to your router do you get a solid green internet LED? What steps have you already taken and what is indicating that the process is failing. Please let me know so that I can further assist you!

I'm in the same boat. I got a new Arlo system yesterday. I have AT&T universe. I did have an open U-verse port and the system set up in about five minutes. It worked great last night and then this morning it's telling me there's no Internet. I have tried to remove the base, reset it to factory settings, nothing is working. I'm able to plug my laptop into the uverse router and I have no issues with Internet connectivity. Hopefully somebody can give me an answer otherwise I'm going to have to switch to a different system.

I don't know if this is a coincidence but my AT&T uverse service just went down. I got a message advising me that my network settings had changed and prompting me to reboot the router. Ever since I have done that, it tells me that AT&T uverse service is not available and to please try again later. I contacted their 800 number troubleshooter and they can't figure out what the issue is. They're sending a tech out tomorrow night. I've unplugged and disconnected the Arlo cameras in the interim in case they are causing the conflict. Anybody have any experience with this?
