Why are Arlo writing to me in Spanish. I am English rezident in England and do not speak Spanish.

There seems no way of writing to them.

How long is it reasonable to hold on for. After 20 minutes I have better things to do. I can use a translator but that does not solve or answer why write to me in Spanish

It is something about an account finishing or perhaps cloud.

It looks like a generic email/update. I believe it is regarding a smart subscription expiring or renewal.
