Just finished installing 3 camera arlo. 2 are working good, but one always says request timed out. No picture at all. I have re synced and re synced; even rebooted the base station, still no luck. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

I'd open a trouble ticket - might be a bad camera.

nicholshornlake,

Welcome to the community! It is possible interference between the base station and the camera is causing it to time out. Another possibility is weak WiFi signal due to range which causes the camera to struggle to maintain a conntection to the base station. Please consider the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Swap the location of the affected camera with a working camera to isolate if interference is the cause.

2. Bring the affected camera close to the base station and attempt to stream.

3. Relocate the base station.

Let us know if this helps!
