I have a problem syncing cameras with my base station

I am trying to set up my arlo system with a brand new ASUS router.

The base station is plugged into the router and I can register it. I synch my camera and all of the ligfhts blink that synching has worked but the cameras do not appear on the app (either mobile or web).

Please help. Very frustrated.

Hi @grw123

After syncing, can you try & reboot the modem/router/base station in that order?

Thank you for the idea but it didn’t work. Any other suggestions?
