Arlo wont sync new cameras. Tried removing one and resync but doesn't work.

VMB3500r4 - Firmware 1.12.2.4_2773

The system came with 4 wireless cameras. I succesfully set up 2 and it worked for a couple months. Then I went back to add the other 2 cameras and it wouldn't add them. Went on vacation and the 2 cameras that were set up had been working and then stopped. Says the arlo device is off line. (checked batteries and they are new)

Removed one of the devices that was working and tried to resync. The wireless camera is blinking 2 short blue lights and then a long blue light cycle.

I would like to add this camera back as well as add the 2 others that came with the kit.
