      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a few Arlo cameras around my house, and have had no issues. A little while ago however, I stopped receiving email notifications from one of the cameras. I still receive email notifications from all the rest, and the camera in question is still recording video and sending them to my account. I have tried re-sync the camera. I have removed the camera and did a new set up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you remove and resync a camera, you also have to add the camera back to custom modes and reset any settings in the Armed mode. Have you checked those?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It follows the schedule, and from my account everything appears to be working. My issue is that I don't receive notifications to my email, but only from the one camera.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same problem: I have 5 Arlo Pro cameras, but am only get email alerts on 4 of the 5. Email alerts have stopped just on that one camera; got them before. Everything else appears to be functioning properly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I removed the battery and reinstalled it: still no email notifications. I deleted the camera from the network and once again synced it to the base station: still no email notifications. Camera problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I wouldn't assume the camera is faulty from that. I would suggest contacting customer support so they can look deeper in to the issue for you.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Contacted Arlo support and found the problem. Somehow that one camera decided it no longer wanted to be configured to send email notifications/alerts. The box activating email alerts was unselected somehow; not by a human. Once reselected all is well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
