I’m trying to connect to the WiFi- but I don’t know the netgear97 WiFi password. What password do I need to put in here??

None of the Arlo bases are accessible by any other devices other than the cameras... ( except than other arlo devices like bridge )

There are no passwords.

netgear97 sounds like something that comes from a Netgear router.

The default password for that is on the router.

But as @TomMac says, this is not related to anything Arlo.

I can’t see any password on the base unit- can you check the picture I’ve attached and see If you can see anything? Thanks

That is a "pre-divorce" Arlo base station, when Netgear owned the Arlo brand.

As @TomMac says, there is no password that you can use to login to the wifi from that.

I am surprised that it shows the SSID netgear97.

Do you have any other Netgear hardware on your network?
