&lt;P&gt;Does the light on the VMC3030 show that you have an Internet connection?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is support for Arlo stuff, including manuals, at the end of this link:&lt;/P&gt;
