    <description>&lt;P&gt;My base station is stuck on "Getting Information".&amp;nbsp; I have had this problem for 3 weeks now and no customer service personel will contact me back or reply to my emails.&amp;nbsp; I have removed the device, restarted the device and unplugged and for an extended amount of time.&amp;nbsp; I have removed all the cameras from the station and STILL NO LUCK.&amp;nbsp; I work in a warehouse and we bought these to help watch areas we do not have regular cameras.&amp;nbsp; I have updated the app and I am using the most updated web browser, STILL NO LUCK.&amp;nbsp; I do not know if this can be&amp;nbsp; fixed or not. We shall see..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/743599"&gt;@carnold13&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a few questions for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When did this issue first occur?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has the getting status message been an issue since you set the base station up?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you perform a factory reset as well when you were troubleshooting?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What are the status LEDs on the front of the base station displaying?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
