&lt;P&gt;As mentioned above by TomMac, this sounds like it could be due to the location of the affected camera if your other cameras are not seeing this behavior. Swapping locations with a working camera can help isolate this.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you are seeing the same behavior in this location with a different&amp;nbsp;camera, it could be due to poor WiFi signal strength (due to range or interference), check the WiFi indicator on the camera. Relocating the base station closer to the affected camera's&amp;nbsp;location may help resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Swap two cameras and see if it's the location or the camera.... if camera, put in a trouble ticket for possible replacement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
