I´m getting quite crazy - the basestation have the power and inter LED's all green, yet the app is not finding the basestation but the WiFi clearly see the NTGR-VMB.
Anyone that can give me some guidelines for how to proceed?

What are you trying to do - set up a new system? Is it new or used? Is your phone on your home WiFi? Have you tried holding the reset button until the LEDs flash amber and let the base reboot?

@jguerdat It is a system I have had for some years now. Suddently one day it stopped working, saying that there was no connection to the base station. Have tried all the tricks in the book - also to hold the reset button. No matter what I do, it seems as it is not reachable, despite having green lights in the 2 LED´s to the left (power and internet connectivity).

Are able to see the basestation on the WiFi, so apparantly there are some activity.
