Trying to reconnect my base station. It is connected to to a new router and all lights are on but the Arlo software does not recognize it. This software is horrible. I've been messing with this for over an hour and the components still refuse to talk together. The app scans forever and never gets the status of the base station. I've rebooted I tried the website method and the mobile device. (they are identical). How can the app not recognize the base station when it is connected to the router? I hate this stuff. (I am a very experienced computer user and troubleshooter, too). Maybe I'm missing something, but the setup manual is not available on line in this site. Sad.

Hi @jghere

Is your base station linked to another account other than the one you are using to setup the system? Is this a used base station?

For a new install the only LEDs that should be on are the power and Internet, both being green. The Camera LED should be off or solid amber.

Hold the base reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Let the base reboot until you have the green power and Internet LEDs (~2 minutes). Try again.
