How do i switch off the email notifications so that it do not renew after a few months again?

Hi,

I swich of those email notifications and after a month or more they start sending them again, before throughing away this device i would like to make a last try, maybe someone knows how i swich the notifications once and for all time?

p.s. tried to call arlo support, they are useless, 10 minutes waiting and noone to talk to me.
