topic Arlo camera keeps going offline. Called 888 number and said I need to pay $100 in Arlo

So my 2 wireless cameras keep going offline, however the other 2 are still working just fine. I've tried ALL the troubleshooting techniques and nothing works (they come back on and go off in about 5 minutes). So I call the 888 number and spoke with 2 people and told them the problems I was having and told them that I wanted to send them back for an exchange (as per their return policy original packing, receipt and under a year old). So they tell me I can do that as long as I pay $100 to re register my product (doesn't say anything about that in their return policy). So now I'm just using those 2 as a decoy outside.

Better than nothing.......
