    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am one of user in china, recently I find that the "arlo" APP can not watch the captured video, when I try to open the captured video, it always say "the resouce is not available", some of my friend also met this problem, could you help to solve this problem, thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Chinese users have traditionally had problems, perhaps caused by the government's management of the Internet. The use of a VPN may or may not help since that same traffic management may cause the VPN to not be usable. That's not a problem Arlo can solve.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
