&lt;P&gt;Where does it say "no connection".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Arlo lights work though a "bridge" that connects to your local wifi.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think the OP is referring to the Internet LED not being lit. That means the base is not connected to the router. Make sure the cable is fully seated on both ends. If still bad, try using a different port on the router. If still no good, try a different Ethernet cable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
