Can I retrieve older videos if I buy a subscription

I've had 3 Arlos cameras for about 12 months now.

I've always had the basic 7 days membership.

I now urgently need videos from 14 days ago.

If I buy a membership, will these videos appear, or they are gone forever?

There's been a chance it would work but recent comments suggest that it won't. Wouldn't hurt to try and then cancel regardless of the outcome.

PS, you can buy a 1 month subscription at a higher level service
