    <description>I installed the system yesterday and all worked fine. Today one camera shows firmware update but it works on my wife's phone and if I sign out and then back in it works on my phone for a coupe seconds before going back to green screen saying there is a firmware update&lt;BR /&gt;I tried shutting off then on resenting and restarting my phone, no help</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Check the firmware for this camera to make sure it is up to date. Log in to your Arlo account and navigate to Settings &amp;gt; My Devices &amp;gt; select the affected camera &amp;gt; Firmware.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As of 8/31/2016 current camera firmware is:&amp;nbsp;1.2.4941&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If your camera is not on current firmware, make sure the battery life is full and the camera has good WiFi signal strength. Camera's will automatically update overnight providing the batteries are not low and signal strength is good.&lt;/P&gt;
