    <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep having the issue of a pink screen and pink recording with my outdoor cameras. This has been going on for about 12 months now. I have replaced the batteries. turn off and waited for several seconds. Reset. Cleaned. Nothing seems to be working. I have noticed that others have the same problem; has anyone come up with a REAL solution? Can I return them for new cameras? Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the problem happens again, try the camera reset process again, or file a support ticket at &lt;A href="http://www.arlo.com/en-US/support/contact.aspx" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.arlo.com/en-US/support/contact.aspx&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, pink screen is fixed by opening battery cover for a few seconds and then closing again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
