Arlo's answer to everything- cycle the power on the base station.

I know that is the answer, it is required so damn often I plugged my Arlo station into a TP-Link smart plug so I can shut it down and restart it from my phone. Luckily my TP-Link smart plugs never have the issues my Arlo has.

Anyone else not able to find their snapshots? I was on live feed (Firefox on Windows 7) and clicked the snapshot (camera) button. Can't find the picture.

Instructions say it will be in your library. Presume they mean the online one, because I don't have a library here and there's nothing there.

Yes they mean your online Library

I would reboot your base with the power button and test again ( working here FF and Win10 )
