I'm holding the button on the base for 10 seconds. I've tried 2, 3, 4, 7 seco ds but it won't start blinking
Also won't sync to cameras.

Where's the phone number

For the phone number, there's a link in a message a couple of messages up from here. There's also a big Support link at the top of these pages.

The base sync button should be a brief (<1 second) push. Anything longer is an issue.
