      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's almost a year I can't access my Arlo account using the web browser.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've tried anything and everything (3 different updated browsers, deleted cookie and navigation data, restarted browsers and PC, etc.) but still I can't get into my account. I always get a message that says "you must update your Adobe Flash Player", but even updating it nothing changes!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;(PS: Using the smartphone app I can easily access my account.)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is there anyone who know how to get out of this nightmare?&lt;/P&gt;
