Base Station might not be connected to internet but did a modem reset but cameras still offline

Hello,

I hopping someone can help since I have heard nothing back from Arlo. all four of my camara say they are offline. It looks like the base is not connecting to the internet. I have reset my modem and the base and left if off for more than 30mins . My internet is working fine. What else could or should I try.

What are the LEDs on the base showing?
