Rechargeable batteries won't recharge when it shows green light

My rechargable batteries that came with my Arlo cameras wont recharge. I get the green lights on the device that recharges the battery but go to put them in the camera and it will say it only has 4%.

What Arlo camera are you using? And what device are you referring to that shows the green light?

The first generation of Arlo cameras before the Pro. And the recharagable battery charger that arlo promotes on its website. Sometimes it shows a green light which i Assume means that they are charged but I put them back into the camera and they show the same percentage of battery life. It also takes days for them to fully recharage and sometimes they never do.

Thanks for clarifying. Try plugging your charger into a different power outlet to make sure that it's charging properly and to see if you're seeing a red LED that it's charging.
