&lt;P&gt;If your base station has a solid green internet LED that means it is communicating with the Arlo servers. Do you get the same result if you try to log in from a different device. Also consider logging in from a mobile device using a 3g/4g connection to further isolate where the problem may be.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Cannot get my system up and running</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;App running on both windows 10 and android 6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ISP BTinternet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Main router BT home hub&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have netgear router up and running three steady green lights&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Camera sync'd&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if I go into app in settings, camera settings I can get a picture but if I go into the camera tab I get the message "the conection to media server times out, was closed or had an eror"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried with firewall on and off, putting into dmz all to no avail any help out there?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's interesting James, when I use my mobile and view the app via 3g I get a picture.&amp;nbsp; It must be something to do with my home wifi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
