Chat is only communication to Arlo, however, Chat is not even good. They know that the problem belongs to the base firmware, but they still want you to go through the entire troubleshoot. If you still under warranty, they will replace your requipment, and if not, you will end up paying for it.

Same battery problem as multitude of users. No amount of troubleshooting and redoing battery in/out, resyncing, restarting has helped. Support phone free only for 90 days. Started email then disappeared. Tried chat and is down and dead end. Ridiculous software and customer service quality. Need replacement batteries.

Support is free regardless of what's stated. Folks with systems years old are getting free support.

Email is almost always broken. Don't even bother. I'm told that chat may well work if you just let it sit and wait. Phone is the other option.
