    <description>&lt;P&gt;Error message:&amp;nbsp; base is offline.&amp;nbsp; I have read and followed directions for connecting my Arlo base to the Internet.&amp;nbsp; However, the internet light is not lit, but the power and camera light are both green.&amp;nbsp; I recently changed Internet providers.&amp;nbsp; What further steps can I take to get my base connected to the Internet?&amp;nbsp; Have tried suggested tips, except for resetting.&amp;nbsp; Thank you in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the Internet LED is off, the base isn't even connecting to the router. You can try rebooting your modem, router and base, in that order. If still no good, use a different Ethernet cable and router port.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
