    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a basic 4 camera Arlo system with base station, has worked fine for 2-3 years.&amp;nbsp; Last two days by smart phone app and PC log-in, cameras "Failed to Connect", but I was getting email/phone notifications of motion sensor activations when the system was not armed.&amp;nbsp; Powered off the base station and re-set, appeared to fix the problem.&amp;nbsp; Armed the system this morning, got one motion sensor hit, video in the Library.&amp;nbsp; Got several other email/phone notifications of motion sensor hits, but no corresponding videos in the Library.&amp;nbsp; Got no motion sensor activations when I knew all 4 cameras should have gotten them over about a 10 minute period when a family member came home.&amp;nbsp; Not sure how to troubleshoot this!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When things like this happen, always check&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://status.arlo.com/" target="_blank"&gt;https://status.arlo.com/&lt;/A&gt; to see if there's a server problem. Right now there is but I don't know whether this would have affected you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
