Can be unpredictable depending on how long the power failure was for.

Sometimes if it's off for some time you may even need to resync the cameras.

Had a power outage today. I looked at others questions but didn’t really see my issue. 1 camera came back online within minutes of power restored. 1 came back about 2 hours later and the other 2 I had to hit the connect button ? Shouldn’t they all have came back ? The farthest from the base unit was the first one to connect so I know that shouldn’t be an issue. Any ideas?

It's often worthwhile to use a UPS for your modem, router and base to prevent these issues. That way, the base and the network connection to the servers remains up and working during an outage. Depending on what you expect the typical outage to be (seconds, minutes or hours), buy an appropriate UPS to cover that time. I happen to use a 750VA UPS which will last hours.
