    <description>&lt;P&gt;Duh on me. Seems I had to reboot both my PC and phone. I then got the account confirmation email and everything is working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mods, you can delete the thread if need be.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW, So far I am loving the system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TS&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Password issue - Unable to log on</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Members,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an issue trying to log on to my Arlo account. I set up the base and camera tonight and the computer recognizes it. I log off and try to log back into the Arlo.Netgear site and I get a message that states "the system cannot find my email addrees in our system". So I figure, maybe I either entered the email or password in wrong. So&amp;nbsp;I went to the&lt;A href="https://my.netgear.com/registration/forgot_password.aspx" target="_blank"&gt; link &lt;/A&gt;that resets it. I get an email and reset the password. I then go back to the Arlo logon page and get the same message that no email is in the system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried this both on the Windows PC as well as on the Android App.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas what can be the problem?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
