    <description>Hi There,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I couldnt able to update base unit to latest firmware. I stuck on a update loop without any success. I have already check possible solution form support and community website, none of those have worked.       <description>&lt;P&gt;One workaround that seems to work well is to (falsely) add a new camera. You don't actually need a camera, just start the process. One of the first steps is to check for firmware updates for the base which should work. Once updated, just cancel the camera installation process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Call Arlo support and ask for an RMA.. I wasted hours of my time talking to support troubelshooting and got no where. Finally a L3 engineer said The basestation was in a loop and could not update to latest firmware. I got the new basestation and was able to update to latest firmware. Now I have other Arlo issues. again and again&lt;/P&gt;</description>
