Can Arlo Base Station be Ethernet-wired to TPlink Extender? If so, do I have to resync cameras?

Can the Arlo base station be ethernet wired to a TPlink extender rather than the wifi gateway itself?
And if so if I unplug the base station will I have to resynk all the cameras again?

The base needs an etherent access to the internet... it can be thru a wifi extender.

Most of the time it's just plug and play. ( but not always )

I was just curious because I want to move the arlo base to a more central location, and didnt know if it would affect my set up by plugging into TPlink extender.
Guess I should just try and see what happens!
