Arlo camera doesn't recognize new batteries

After a few months of non-use, I recharged some new batteries to turn on my system. 3 of the 4 cameras worked fine, but the fourth keeps saying the battery is 2% charged and won't produce an image using the Positioning utility. It is recognized by the base station. I have swapped batteries from other, working cameras, but nothing different. I "removed" the camera and re-added it, but that didn't help. Is the camera just dead?

What camera? The original wirefree didn't come with rechargeable batteries although there is a certified set of Tenergy rechargeables.

Exactly. I have Tenergy rechargables and charger. And, as mentioned, 3 of the 4 camerals (all the same) are working fine.
