single arlo camera without arlo wifi central possible ?

Hello,

very simple question : I have the wifi outer Netgear R6250 as my main home router and I bought a single Arlo camera, without the central kit wifi station.

Is that possible to connect my camera directly to myR6250 router ? Or do I have to necessarly buy the central Arlo central station ?

The camera by itself won't work without the base station. Buy a single camera setup to minimize additional cost. Or wait for the newly announced Arlo Q to come out, buy that and sell your camera. Note that the Q is an indoor camera - you'd have to be clever to use it outdoors.
