The option to select multiple devices for notifications under mode has been removed. How do we get that back?

Under Mode -> [pick camera] -> Armed -> edit -> [select rule] - edit - Alert -> NO ability to edit push notifications! Used to be able to edit and select the phone or tablet you wanted notifications to go to on a individually. Now it only let you turn it on or off. But i don't get push notifications on all devices either now. So both functionality has been removed as well as not working correctly. Need the previous option to edit alert by phone back!

Push notifications have always been global while the email notifications allow you to select multiple recipients.

The lack of notifications on a device may be due to not all permissions for the app being set in the phone settings.
