Iphone 10. I downloaded the arlo app. When I run the app I get "no Arlo devices found" I disconnected from router. I did master reset on base (pressed rest button on back for 10sec). After awhile the first two green lights on Alro are on solid green. I put new batteries in the camera. Then did the sync. Lights flashed and the camera seems to be connected to the base. Tried running the app again. Still says No Arlo device found.
