Android app will not install

I have Andriod version 4.43 using an HTC One phone.

The app downloaded onto my phone however it will not install to the phone.

However, I was able to install it on my samsong tablet, but the when I ckick on the mode tab it just keeps loading and never stops to show the screen.

Are you loading it from the G store...or a APK file ??

BTW, it should be version 1.8.2.9020 ( last time I looked )

On your HTC ONE, do apps get installed on your phones memory or your SD card?

I have a samsung SGH 1717 version 2.3.6. The phone app will not load on my phone. Message says app is not compatible with my phone.

Trying to load from Google Play. Need help solving this if anyone can help.

Consider updating to the most recent version of Android for your device and then attempt to download the Arlo app again. Let us know if that helps!
