Two cameras won’t update firmware. Called support. They directed me to remove device and now system won’t recognize it and Arlo refuses to replace as it is “out of warranty”. Now a second camera won’t update its firmware and essentially is useless. Paid a ton of money for what’s now a useless dud.

Hi @AmielM

Have you tried rebooting the base station? Are you syncing the camera back to the base after removing it via the sync buttons? 1 sec press on the base station followed by a 1 sec press of the camera. Did you remove the cameras from Settings > My devices?
