      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, my camera lost night vision and during the day it constantly detects motion and is recording. I did not change any of the settings. Please advise. Serial No 4N71697F35729. I had the camera for repair already a year ago. Impossible to contact customer service. It seems Netgear is trying to avoid any customer support issues.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Chat is not available and the solution to all problems by calling support is to reboot everything, unplug everything, change batteries on everything, etc.&amp;nbsp; No real help.&amp;nbsp; Worthless, hard to understand people in BFE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
