    <description>&lt;P&gt;Your friend would need to delete the base from their account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could try and do a factory reset&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to install this device which I purchased second hand from a friend. I have received the the message “We are unable to claim this device” and can not proceed further with the installation. Are there any troubleshooting processes to complete the installation. Thankyou.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
