topic Arlo camera disappears off base unit in Arlo

One of my Arlo cameras (720) completely disappeared from base unit and library. Any one out there had this happen? The motion sensor still seems to be working and the blue light is on so the unit has power. The base station doesn’t show the camera either.

What could cause this?

Is there a way to prevent it?

Can Arlo(tech) add it back from their side? (I am 1000 miles away)

Nothing changed for 4 other cameras, which all seem to be doing fine.

Thank for your help

iOS 12.2/Arlo ver 2.76(44) iPad Pro

As to a camera offline, there is not much that can be done remotely... it usu requires physical intervention. ( resyncing )
