My cameras will not sync as well. From the few instructions that come in the Quick Start Guide, they should be working. I have seen topics on the message board that the Arlo servers are undergoing some maintainance. Also firmware on baseunits may be updating.

I dont have an answer right now.

I have just reset my base unit and I am still not able to connect any cameras

Are the cameras giving you an error message on the cameras screen or are they giving you a failed sync LED indicator when trying to sync? Please let us know so we can assist further!
