Hi I bought a arlo 720 p cam system off eBay and trying to connect the base in set up to iPhone or iPad Pro and it keeps timing out any help would be great thanks

The problem with used systems off eBay is that you have no control over the previous owner. He must have removed all devices from his account in Srettings, My Devices before you can get the system to work. You can try contacting support but no guarantees:
