Stopped receiving notifications other than in/out of geofence.

Firmware on (7) cameras is 1.3.314
Base station is VMB3010r2 and firmware is 1.12.0.1_27940
All notifications other than the geofencing in/out have stopped. Trying to determine why and fix to correct.

Hi @Jharm,

Try to reboot your Base Station to see if that helps. Other options you can try is trying to reinstall the app to see if that helps or check your rules on Mode to make sure that you don't have push notifications turned off.

Tried as advised to no avail. Once changed mode to Alarm On, notifications started coming in. Verified that Push Notifications was turned-on in Geo Fence mode. Tried cycling a couple of times and it still doesnt work correctly. Again, I receive push notification when I go in/out of the Geo Fence area, but that's it.

When you mention that your mode is changed to "Alarm On," are you mentioning that you armed your camera? You can read this article to make sure that you're receiving notifications properly here: Why am I not getting Arlo notifications on my Android or iOS device?
