Arlo Base Station keeps going offline

My Arlo VMB3500r4 base station is always going off line. I am new to this system so any help would be greatly appreciated. I currently have 2 cameras connected to it but I want it to stay online before I add another camers

How do you know it's offline? Does the app say so or are the LEDs on the base showing a lack of connection?

The camera flashes a blue light and when I checked the app it said it was offline. It’s happening quite a bit even when it’s armed. Thursday I tried to disarm it and it took almost 5 minutes before it came back online before I could disarm

What are the LEDs on the base showing when you're having problems? There should be 3 green ones. The camera shouldn't be blinking unless you press the sync button which shouldn't be needed. What's the exact error message?
