Arlo App doesn't Work With iPhone?? App Crashing

What is going on with the Arlo app for the iPhone XS Max? Its been months now an several version been released and still cannot use the app with the latest version of iPhones? For months now, ive been having problem with the live button. As soon as i press the live button, the phone will freeze for 5 minutes and then the app will crash. Im not even able to hard reboot my iphone when this happens.

And yesterday Arlo released a new version of the app for the iPhone, and i thought what could go wrong by installing the new version (since i wasnt even able to use the previous app version). And guess that, somehow the Arlo team manages to **bleep** things up even more. So now when opening the app, the app crashed 1 seconds later *insert sarcastic clapping gif here*

Hi @phattrance

Have you tried to remove & re-install the Arlo Mobile App? What Model phone/OS/App version are you using?

Try in settings Don’t allow camera to access mic. I had issue with arlo on IPhone 8plus and that took care of it
