Camera won't recognize batteries when just finishing recharging

I bought a charger and some rechargeable batteries. Just now recharged the batteries and the camera will not recognize them as charged. Had batteries tested and they are charged? Have turned on and off he base, have reset on the site, have taken batteries in and out. M.

Are they the Arlo-certified Tenergy batteries? If not, you're kinda on your own. Make sure that when you install the batteries, do NOT push them down. Let the battery door do the pushing. Also, make sure you're inserting them in the proper polarity.
